Ordering and Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Pay for a secure and hassle-free checkout.
Q: Can I customise or personalise an item?
A: Absolutely! Many of our prints and stationery items can be personalised. Check the product description for customisation options, or contact us if you have a specific request.
Q: How do I place a bulk order?

Shipping and Delivery
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Due to the recently introduced GPSR regulations, we will no longer be shipping to Europe or Northern Ireland, all of our prints are still available digitally through our Etsy Shop.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, while international delivery times may vary.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns and refunds
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: To return an item, email us at jo@dollyandfred.co.uk with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Oh no! If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Yes! All our products are made using high-quality recycled materials, eco-friendly inks, and completely plastic-free packaging.
Q: What sizes are your prints available in?
A: Our standard prints come in a range of sizes including 5x7 inches, 8x10 inches, A4 and A3. Some products may have additional size options – check the product listing for details.
If you require a larger sized print, I can outsource the printing of this to my prefered print provider for an additional cost or provide you with the digital files for you to get printed yourself.
Q: Can you create custom designs?
